Ingredients:
Squid (MOLLUSC) (70%), Coating [ WHEAT Flour, Water, Palm Oil, Thickener (E1412), Sugar, Salt (1.4%), Pepper (1%), Raising Agents (E450, E500), Yeast Extract, Spices, Colour (E160c) ]
Cooking From Frozen:
Oven Bake From Frozen: Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 220°C / Gas Mark 7 and cook for approximately 24 - 26 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.
Deep Fry From Frozen: Preheat the oil to 180ºC and cook for 3 - 4 minutes until thoroughly cooked & golden brown. Suitable to Air Fry following manufacturers guidelines.
Cooking times may vary according to oven type, ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Storage From Frozen:
Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
